A great organisation design is the foundation for successful strategic initiatives – It enables the organisation to achieve its aspirations successfully.

In order for organisation design to be effective, the organisation needs to utilize existing knowledge about the organisation’s capabilities, translate the strategic aspirations to diagrams as well as the human side, and lastly involve multiple layers of the organisation.
