Kristian is an experienced consultant, project manager, and general manager. He has extensive experience with evaluating and designing IT-operating models and IT-organisations, organisational change management, multi-vendor management, agile methods, and IT-service management.

Furthermore, he has extensive experience in business development in relation to large IT-transformations. He is a skilled project manager, especially concerning implementation of process frameworks, organisation design, transitions, and implementation of IT-systems.
